Yeah, there've been cases of flour silos exploding. Anything finely divided and combustible can explode really. I'm pretty sure flour has to be dispersed and suspended within air to be really dangerous. The effect is similar to that of a thermobaric (fuel-air) bomb. Lots of fine [particles/droplets] buring in a fraction of a second.
Chemical engineering geekery aside, this is quite a nice image.
As I may've said many times before, your work has been consistently good throughout the three years or so I've been watching you on here. You have a way of working with lighting that I've not seen in many others.
